Mrs. Dodd salutes Moriah Johnston

Moriah is a very creative and unique individual with whom I enjoy working with tremendously.  She comes to class daily prepared to make the most of her day.  During our poetry unit she brought in her personal books to share with the class and myself for an extended period of time.  Moriah has a super attitude that makes teaching rewarding and learning is enjoyable for everyone around her.  I know that these traits will help Moriah to succeed in anything that she sets her mind to.

Mrs. Shaffer salutes Gianna Wade

Gianna is such a hard-working student: she sets goals for herself, and then puts forth 100% of her energy to try and achieve them. Gianna does not quit trying because of a set-back: she works even harder and keeps on smiling! I am so proud of Gianna, and I know that her future is bright because of her strong work ethic. Keep up the great job, Gianna!

Ke'Daisha is a reliable student.  She is always willing to lend a helping hand, works hard to keep up with her schoolwork, and shows self control.  Congratulations Ke’Daisha!!

Mrs. Yates salutes Ashley Westbrook

Words that describe this student are intelligent, capable, responsible, caring, and funny!!!  I will never forget how brave she was when she escorted me to the nurse’s office one day when I was choking!  At the lunch room table and at recess, she can, appropriately, get a crowd roaring with laughter with her “funny behavior!”  I will certainly miss this kido next year, but will feel assured that she will just continue to blossom at CJHS!

Mrs. Young salutes Blake Mitchell

Blake is always snapping with energy and ready to go. He works hard on his class work and is very careful to always get it in on time. Blake makes those around him smile because of his spunkiness and positive attitude. He has been so much fun to get to know and I am very proud he is an upstanding member of my class. Congratulations Blake and keep up the super awesome work!
