Knowing your cholesterol levels helps assess your risk for heart disease. High glucose levels could indicate a risk for diabetes. Valued at $25, the cholesterol and glucose tests are free thanks to a grant the Generations Center has received from the Cape County Senior Citizens’ Services Fund Board. For accurate results, a 10-hour fast is required.
