for your desire to make a gift to the mission of
Southeast Missouri Hospital. Your gift is most appreciated
and will have long-lasting significance that will
benefit many.
Partner members support the work
of the Southeast Missouri Hospital Foundation
through an annual designated gift. As a member
you join in a partnership with Hospital employees,
the medical staff and the community to provide
quality care with compassion and concern.
You may offer a gift to the Foundation in memory
of or in tribute to a loved one or friend in celebration
of a special occasion. Gifts may be directed by
the donor for a specific purpose.
The commemorative brick program presents
a unique opportunity to add your name (or
that of a loved one) to a part of the Hospital's
beautification plan.
With your gift of $50 or more, your brick,
with its deeply etched and protected inscription,
will be placed in the beautiful courtyard
garden area adjacent to the Hospital's lobby.
Donors who have accumulated gifts of $1,000 or
more become permanent members of the Million Dollar
Club and are recognized as such forever. Each
new member of the Million Dollar Club will have
the donor's name placed on the club recognition
board in the main lobby of the Hospital and receive
a personalized memento and pin commemorating the
donor's generosity.
21st Century Partners are those who designate
Southeast Missouri Hospital or Southeast
Missouri Hospital Foundation as a beneficiary
through a gift of an insurance policy.
Heritage Society
Members of the Heritage Society offer a
bequest commitment to the Southeast Missouri
Hospital or Foundation.
Legacy Society
Members of the Legacy Society offer gifts of
insurance or create annuity or trust agreements
that will benefit Southeast Missouri Hospital
or Foundation in the future.
